Hi friends, my name is Edward, but my foster mom and dad call me Eddie for short.  Boy am I the pup for you!  Do you want a velcro pup that loves to snuggle?  How about a pup that loves other dogs?  I understand, not a lot of people want a pup that great...but if you do, I'd love to call you my forever family!  I'm a guy that knows what he wants, and what I want is all the food.  Really, I love to eat.  I didn't have the best start to my life, you see, I ended up at a shelter in Southern Ohio after getting hit by a car and fracturing my pelvis.  A nice lady there saw how hurt I was and knew I had to be saved.  She just couldn't resist my cute little face!  I made my way to Dayton and Adopt A Pit has taken care of me ever since!  My life has been much better since that scary time all alone at the noisy shelter.  Adopt A Pit fixed me up and I went to stay with my foster mom and dad, who love me so much.  They let me snuggle and play with my foster dog brothers, and give me all the food I want. My foster dad makes deliveries in his truck, so I get to go to work with him and we drive around all day long.  I love going for rides in the truck, and would love a family that takes me places with them!  My favorite toys are my stuffed pig that squeaks, and my nylabones.  I'm still learning what it means to potty outside, but I'm a smart pup, and with a dedicated family I know I could pick this up in no time!

I still have to be careful not to get too much activity since my pelvis is still getting better, and sometimes I limp and walk a bit funny and have to sit down or hop since my back legs hurt at times.  But with time my fractured pelvis will heal and I'll be good as new!  I promise I won't let it slow me down!

I would love a family that gives me lots and lots of attention everyday, and hopefully a family with dogs for me to play with!  I want to meet someone new everyday, because new people always give me lovies and pets and tell me how cute I am!

Please adopt me today!

All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home.

We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application.

We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information.

We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH. If you are outside of this radius, we encourage you to contact your local rescue or shelter.
