Next up to bat...looking to knock this one out of the park...ELLY CRUZ!  

Elly's looking to score the perfect forever family.  She's an adventurous 3 month old puppy with a not so glamorous past.  At 2 months old, she was surrendered to a vet with a broken hip that required surgery...most likely caused by a not so kind kick to her right hip.  Elly had surgery the next day and came out like a Rockstar!  But, like every great story, there was a setback...she had Parvo. For days, her health teetered and the vet was unsure she'd make it.  But, of course, like all happy endings, she battled back and won!  Now she's looking to share her win with a family to call her own.  

Elly currently is 27 lbs and due to her hip injury, walks with a limp.  This will likely be permanent...but no worries, it doesn't slow her down a bit!  When she's moving fast, she hops off her back legs like a little bunny. She's also learning to walk on a leash.  Don't be surprised though, she's an independent girl that grabs her own leash and tries to walk herself.  Elly is learning to sit, especially when treats are involved.  She does great with bigger dogs and is curious about cats.  If you think Elly Cruz would be the perfect, permanent addition to your team, put in your application to add her to your roster! Adoption fee is $250. She is up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations, spayed, and microchipped.

All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home.

We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application.

We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information.

We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH. If you are outside of this radius, we encourage you to contact your local rescue or shelter.
