Meet Oreo! This beautiful American Bulldog came to us from a shelter in Kentucky. He was the local stray dog everyone fed, but no one took in. Someone finally decided it was too cold out so they took him to the shelter. He escaped from the shelter (read: he can climb some fences) and walked SIX MILES back home (read: loyal!). When he got there the neighbors took him right back to the shelter. The poor guy just wanted to go home and now we’re looking for his perfect forever home. Oreo is about 4 years old and 65lbs. He’s a happy, playful boy and has so much fun playing with his 4-legged foster siblings. He’s all wiggle butt when he meets new people and he loves car rides. In fact, he’s got such a wiggle butt, it’s hard to get a photo where his tail isn’t a blur! He takes treats gently and knows “sit”. He’s a very good listener and even gets along with chickens! He would thrive in an environment where he can be with someone most of the day. Oreo would be an awesome companion on trips and adventures or even just running errands. Apply for Oreo today! Oreo’s adoption fee is $175. He is up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, neutered, and microchipped.
We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application.
All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home.
We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information.
We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH. If you are outside of this radius, we encourage you to contact your local rescue or shelter.
