Meet Rabbit! He is an 8 year old pocket pittie and snuggle expert. Seriously, you will not find a dog that loves belly rubs and head scratches more than Rabbit. He’s got a quirky little head tilt and wobbles when he walks, but the vet says that’s just him! He navigates life just fine despite these unique qualities.
You may have seen the video of his signature happy dance! He just can’t help but to tap his little toes for a treat! Right behind belly rubs and treats, is napping on the couch. There are few things cuter than hearing this old man snore and watching his feet kick when he dreams. Did I mention he is completely potty trained? He even rings the bell when he wants to go outside!
Rabbit’s past has been far from ideal. He was abandoned at the shelter barely able to stand and covered in wounds. Due to the scars of his past, he is scared in new situations. He needs a moment to warm up and will be happiest with an owner who gives him lots of structure and consistency so he know what’s expected of him! Give this guy a little patience and he will reciprocate with a lifetime of love and loyalty. Rabbit’s adoption fee is $175. He is up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, neutered, and microchipped.
We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application.
All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home.
We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information.
We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH. If you are outside of this radius, we encourage you to contact your local rescue or shelter.
