Hi, I'm Violet! Early on a Saturday morning my foster mommy received a call that a dog had been dumped at the park. What she found was me: terrified, huddled in the road, with a double ear infection, nails so long that I could not walk, a horrible skin infection & sores all over. When my foster mommy tried to pet me it hurt. One of my ears was horribly swollen with a huge hematoma. All of these things were issues that happened slowly over time. Whoever owned me before let me get sicker & sicker & then just dumped me at a park. Luckily my foster mommy loves all dogs, not just pit bulls. She says she has no idea what breed I am but she loves me anyway. I am a small girl: I weigh about 35 lbs. I am about 7 years old. Now that I'm done with all my medicine I feel so much better. I love to run & play in the yard. I also love to nap on the couch. I am house & crate trained. I would be perfect for someone who wants a small dog to snuggle with. I am good on a leash but I don't need a ton of exercise. I will dance for you if you give me a treat! I love dogs that let me do my own thing, and I also love cats! I am very sweet & snuggly! All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home.

We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application.

We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information.

We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH. If you are outside of this radius, we encourage you to contact your local rescue or shelter.
